Who is responsible

The controller for this website (agroconect.com) is gFilmX UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Körnerstraße 3, 12169 Berlin, Germany, represented by the managing director Henry Quinones. AgroConectSH is a brand of gFilmX UG (haftungsbeschränkt). For any privacy question or request, email hquinones@agroconect.com.

What we collect and why

Contact and demo forms: when you submit a form we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, company, acreage, region, preferred demo date and your message), the page you submitted from and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed. We use this to answer your request and to follow up about AgroConectSH. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Report purchases: when you buy the nitrogen cost report, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We receive your name, email, billing details and the inputs for your report, but never your full card details. We use this to deliver the report and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Service providers we use

Hostinger: website hosting and the cookie banner.

Supabase: secure storage of form submissions and the checkout service. Our database is hosted in the São Paulo, Brazil region.

HubSpot: customer relationship management, so we can follow up on your request. HubSpot processes data in the United States.

Stripe: payment processing for report purchases.

Amplitude: usage statistics for Hostinger, only if you consent (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Google Fonts: on some pages, fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.

WhatsApp (Meta): only if you click the WhatsApp button and start a chat.

The Stripe and HubSpot accounts are currently operated by hQube LLC (Delaware, USA), a company affiliated with our managing director, which processes this data on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to Brazil and the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and analytics

On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your consent. Strictly necessary cookies, including the one that stores your cookie choice, are always used. Only with your consent does Hostinger use cookies and similar technologies with the Amplitude service to analyse how the website is used and to improve its products; this data does not directly identify you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this website's cookies in your browser; the banner then appears again. We also use your browser's session storage to remember your chosen currency; it is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Customer and billing records are kept as long as required by tax and commercial law, typically up to 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, email hquinones@agroconect.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
